Where do we deliver to:
We deliver to Ireland, UK and selected European countries.
Important Update - Owing to air safety regulations we can no longer send batteries or eliquids by post internationally. This applies only to customers in UK/Europe, customers in Ireland are not affected.
How long does delivery take?
Ireland & Northern Ireland - Orders sent by standard post take 1 to 4 days to be delivered.
UK - Orders sent by standard or registered post take 2 to 5 working days to be delivered.
Mainland Europe - Orders sent by standard or registered post take 3 to 7 working days to be delivered.
Orders received and paid for before 5:30AM will be dispatched that day (Monday to Friday). Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.
How much does delivery cost?
AnPost - Free delivery with order over 60 €
Fastway Couriers - Free delivery with order over 60 €
Collection - You can collect your order from Maynooth same day after 5PM, please call us on 0876324849 for details
Free Maynooth, Celbridge, Leixlip Deliveries - All local orders over 20eur, paid before 3PM will be delivered next day for FREE!!
Free Shipping - if shopping cart total exceeds 60euro (Ireland only).
Shipping cost is calculated by weight (AnPost rates).
Registered post and Courier with signature at the published rates on their website. We do not charge a handling fee.
Delivery costs are shown on the basket page, you don't need to be logged in to see the delivery cost.
Smaller items, (e.g. single bottles of liquid, single batteries, single atomizers), will be delivered by standard post and a signature will not be required. Larger items, including box mods, big kits, starter kits...etc will be sent via Fastway Couriers.
Orders with total more than €60 will be delivered free by Fastway Couriers.
Do I need to sign for delivery?
All deliveries sent by Registered Post or Courier must be signed for. Please ensure somebody will be available at your chosen delivery address to sign for your order. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be charged for the costs of re-delivering.
Missing Parcels If parcel is not delivered in 48 hours please inform us ASAP by email, phone..etc - we have sign contract to inform couriers (Fastway, AnPost) maximum up to 48hours after shipping if parcel was missing. If parcel have delivery scan and you never received your order also please inform us ASAP (max 48hours) after delivery scan.
Can I track my delivery?
Deliveries by Registered Post or Courier can be tracked online. You will be emailed a tracking number for your delivery once your order has been dispatched.
How do I pay for my order?
- Credit or Debit card secure online payment via IPS
- By PayPal account, orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.
- Credit Card Payments made through PayPal will appear as "EFAG" on your statement.
